Temos Vigia, or "we watch" in Portuguese is written on a series of signs in this sketchy neighborhood. I caught these two "vigilantes".

    Thanks for the comment. While closer IS good, in this case don't you think watching the empty street is an important part of the story? I suppose there are multiple storylines here, though.
