Here is the Canon-India homepage link: http://www.canon.co.in/home, and the link to the 7D: http://www.canon.co.in/personal/products/dslrs/dslr-eos/eos-7d?languageCode=EN, although, it's not refurbished. I just bought a refurbished 7D w/the 28-135mm lens from Canon USA for under $1100 (Thanksgiving holiday special) Usually, I'll buy refurbished equipment or used, if in good condition. Hope that helps
