    love the shot but I don't think the title works. I don't see any cigarette or any indication that he is on a break from a job.

    I thought that white area above his knee was smoke, but checked back
    with the RAW color version and see, now, that it's just a white area on
    the post.

    Doesn't matter what the dude was up to, it's still a nice shot. A small technical nit, the lower right part of the frame feels blown out and might benefit from some burning.

    I like this. Smoking or not, the body language says break to me. I like the inclusion of the garbage cans - helps set the alley way environment for me.
