The haunted stone house.

Found this stone house up near Lake Tahoe last year. I decided to snag some shots with it (on my 35mm film cam). When I got the photo back, I saw how terrible the photo turned out, and was about to get rid of it, then I decided to do some post processing. Give me your two cents if you can.
This is the original photo
I took the garbage can out (but didn't do a good job) and did a tiny bit of color correction, but not satisfied at all.
This next one was just boredom. I generated a new sky for it in photoshop, but it looks terrible.
I then decided to take a new sky from a photo of Tahoe I took, and spent some time extracting and matching the sky to the scene. Here's what I got doing this.
After doing that, I decided it didn't have a good enough atmosphere. I did a little more cleaning up, and matching the sky to the background, and then I changed the coloration of the image slightly, giving it a darker, more solitude and desolate feeling.
That would be my final product. What do you think?
(Later on I might add some things like glowing lights and such to the windows if you guys think it might look cool).

#3 seems to pop for me...I do like the last also but #3 to me is the best
I guess the b/w background makes the house stand out more.
Just my .02
good one either way
Thanks
