On a recent trip to Lamington national park near Brisbane, Australia, I had the pleasure of observing some fascinating bird behavior. These Rufous Fantails did their territorial display in a number of spots next to the hiking path through the rain forest. They flew up onto exposed branches and spread their tail feathers to show the other birds that they owned that piece of real estate.

These are all my pictures from my trip to Lamington.
