After shooting low key I decided to to turn 180 and switched to HK. Again, there was no particular shoot plan, we were just having fun.

    I love how she melts into the backgrounds on these, Nik. As B&W's these work really well. Nice styling too! thumb.gif

    As we both know, HK is the way to go if you want to get that "melt-into-bg" effect. You just have to be very, very careful with lights placing / angling.

    Have you added an additional white vignette to these?

    How close is she to the background? There seems to be just too much spill which robs you of contrast particularly in #1. Your background lights are too hot and/or she's too close to the background.
