Hi..
Since yesterday night I've unsuccessfully tried, several times, to upload pictures within a newly created private gallery into my smugmugsite : www.someclicsomeclacs.com.
I tried to upload them using different upoaders, finally the java simple smugmug uploader seemed to work: I could drag into the uploader window and upload 31 1.2-1.5 Mb pictures. Once they were all uploaded I clicked on the "I'm done uploading " button. Then when I opened the corresponding private gallery named " Le Hénné de Valérie et Sion..." only one picture was present; for other attempts ther were 2-3 present pictures while they were all uploaded....
Please could you help me and check if i've made some mistakes.
Thank you very much.
Guinod.

Go to your site settings > stats > upload > details and see if there are any errors showing.
Could be a clue of what's happening.

    Thanks Allen
The"error" status is effectively displaid for all the failed uploads : the mentioned upload problem is " incomplete file". So, what does it mean? All the pictures come from film scans JPG files. What can I do to fix this issue?
More, two or three pictures among the 31 coming from the same batch were correctly uploaded . Why all the others were not uploaded? Thank you .

Sounds like internet connection, but Smugmug would have to chime in on that.
