One photo not publishing from LR4.2

Using the SmugMug publishing plugin, I've got one smart gallery that has one file that refuses to publish: I keep getting the message that it failed to publish (no reason); restarting LR and trying again did not help. What can be done in such cases?

There was a recent plug-in update. Please try re-installing the plug-in (using the new version) to see if this clears up the issue:
