Sunset in Desolation Wilderness

I found a photo of a sunset I took in desolation wilderness, and never did much with it because I didn't like the colors. I decided to do a little post processing and added a color gradient and such, this is what I came up with:

Any opinions, thoughts, or comments are, as always, greatly appreciated.

    Nice shot DRT...just maybe in this case the 1/3 rd rule could have improved it. Im not big on that rule but it does work in landscapes from what i see.
