I don't know how many of you have heard of light painting with stencils, this challenge finally got me to follow through. The real challenge was finding the time... which is why its last minute. There were plans for a large outside display, but my daughters school program (that I almost forgot about) prompted plan B.

First, this is SOOC (straight out of camera) self portrait with only a crop and upload. Took about 20 tries to get the lighting right. Following the photo is a link to a video of how it was made. Used to create this was two flashlights, a flash, black cardboard sheet, stencil, translucent white lexan and a box. (white paper will work in place of the lexan, I just had some scrap available) Plus some help from my :lust lovely wife and son! :thumb

Keep in mind this was all done in the dark!

    Thank You Sherry!

You're welcome Jenn, I hope to participate more often and provide 'better' videos of how each was created. It had been a really long day.
