Near-mint M9 for sale in Los Angeles — $4,300 OBO
I'm selling my essentially pristine M9, which has a warrantee extension till 2013-11-23, so nearly a year left. The black paint shows no sign of wear. The bottom plate still has the plastic protection wrap on it, so it is mint underneath. There are no scratches to the glass in the finder. The LCD has always had a protective film on since day one. The vulcanite has been replaced when the M9 was at Leica in NJ to have a sensor crack replaced under warrantee, so it is similarly excellent. The only sign of any wear is a tiny portion of the white paint has come off in the "M9" on the front, probably due to the gaffer's tape I had over it.
The camera has around 5600 actuations. Camera comes with original strap, charger and battery. I have the original box and all packing material, down to the last twist tie and plastic bag. I have an additional real Leica battery and one knock-off that I never used.
I am considering keeping the Thumbie. Let me know if you want it included.
