I was out doing yardwork this evening and the night herons kept teasing me...so..I ran in and grabbed the camera and shot the buggers. eek7.gificon10.gif

    Thanks John. These black crowned night herons are very common in my backyard. :D I'd say I probably average half a dozen of these guys nightly. I've had times where there were a good dozen or more also. thumb.gif I've been surrounded by them on the dock when I've had food. It's kind of creepy...as in Hitchcock movie creepy. rolleyes1.gif

    The neighbor across the street just put his house up for sale. Guaranteed night heron with every purchase. :D
