Hello all.

Not been here as much as I would have liked - life is busy at the moment. Thought I'd post this though and see what your thoughts were.

Cathedral-02a_800.jpg

I was on a seminar which finished just before high tide, allowing me to get in place and set up ready for the still(ish) water. I know an earlier shot would have been better to give the deep blue sky but then the flow of the river would have ruined the reflection.

Unfortunately, the picture has suffered a little in resizing :dunno

C+C welcome :thumb

Oh - and the reason for the title, the building in front of the cathedral is a 24hr supermarket.

    Hi MGD,

You'll find that the long exposures required for night shots will flatten & polish up the water so you'll still get good reflections.

Great picture but it's a little over exposed. May be able to make big improvements with a bit of post, especially if you shot it in Raw :D
