Time to say goodbye

Hi Y'all,

I started as the mod in the Wildlife Forum back in March, 2005 when DGrin had just over 1,000 members. Its been a great 7+ years but everything must end sooner or later. I will be stepping down as the mod here at the end of the year.

Its been a privilege to have played with y'all. I have met and shot with quite a few Dgrinners over the years and every time we got together it was a blast.

I will remain as Dgrin member and I will still be inflicting some of my work on y'all from time to time.

Be well and be careful, those damn squirrels are all over the place.

If you are ever on Florida's Space Coast give me a holler.
Harry

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Harry, it seems so inadequate to just say thank you for helping me so much, so often, and so generously. I am sad, though relieved that you will still be around--I always forward to your photos and your sense of humor as well as your fine instruction. Be well, and stick around! Best, Pam

Thank you Pam. Nothing is more energizing for a photographer/moderator than when a new member like you joins a forum. Your desire to to learn and improve was a sorely needed tonic. Thanks again.

I will still be around. As a non-moderator I won't have to be so diplomatic, so if anyone is thinking squirrel picture, watch out!!!! :rambo

It was fantastic to meet you and shoot with you earlier this year. Thanks

You've been a good influence on many, and as long as you're still around the not being a mod thing really won't matter to me.

    Did someone say squirrel?

I'm still the same photographer. I just won't be moderating here anymore. I'm still shooting and hopefully will have some interesting mages to share when I return from Kenya sometime next month. Anytime you're visiting the Space Coast give me a holler.

Don't get too much time to spend on dgrin these days, but a big thanks to you from me for being the amiable mod (tm H Behret :D) and always finding time to comment.

Maybe we'll still be able to get together on a tour!
