Domain name renewal challenges

I acquired my domain name, journeyamerica.org through the collaborative effort of SmugMug and GoDaddy. Now, it's time to renew; actually it's past time to renew because of a run-a-round I am getting from both companies.

SmugMug heroes tells me I have to go to GoDaddy; GoDaddy tells me I have to go through SmugMug.

Now, can someone explain to me like I'm a three year old HOW DO I RENEW THIS DOMAIN??

    Jerry, go to smugmugdomains.com and click on the link that says "or login to GoDaddy"

    Or click here: direct link to smugmugdomains.com login page

    godaddy.com support and their reseller support channels are not the same. You have to go through the correct reseller portal and or use their reseller telephone number to reach them.

    Your domain already works fine for me. It brings up your SmugMug site.

    If you had it set up before and just needed to renew your domain registration, everything will already work fine, no need to do anythjng. thumb.gif
