Samir, I think this would be classified as a totally different issue. This user is saying they couldn't log in at all, while your linked thread is more geared towards users who have active sessions that are expiring prematurely.

Michelle, Did you ever email our Support Heros or determine why this was happening on your end?

Possibly. But when they said 'is something going on', this sounded like someone experienced with sm.

It looks like she has been successfully logging since she reported this issue, so it looks like she got it all resolved now.
