I'd leave it in color and clone out the fence and perhaps a bit of the foreground...if there's a little more sky, I'd trade it for the foreground which is a bit too bright for the rest of the scene.
I think it fits the bill nicely You might want to back off the darkness in the foreground just a bit and for some reason (may be the cold meds) it seems to have taken a slight right side slope - perhaps tilt it back a half degree or so to the left.

I think I need to work on this, tried several different techniques, but I wasn't crazy about any of them.
