wow, i love it!
i like the three on top the most. they made me happy.
i would possibly consider ditching the soft border around the pictures because then when the photos overlap u have a hard border into the picture. do you see what i mean? it doesn't look natural. i would go with solid borders.
a couple snow related questions:
what camera were u using and did u have any protection from the snow on it? were you wearing gloves?
Lovely pictures! Thanks for sharing - had our first snow here in this Swiss lakeside town (Lausanne) last night - total chaos on the streets this morning

Barry, I have actually changed to solid borders for my wedding shots but I still tend to use the soft ones for other work. I can see your point, maybe I'll do this collage again with different borders and see how it looks.
I used my D70 for this because I didn't want to lug the D2H around. The snow had stopped so I didn't have to worry about it getting wet. What looks like snow falling was thrown in the air by my daughter. The lens was the little 50mm f1.8.
I wasn't wearing gloves as the temp was about 29F - not too cold.

Great shots! And very well put together for the overall image!

So much has changed in our photo-world, and yet basically nothing's changed - It's still the pictures that really matter. David Noton
