Does smugglr work?

Hi, I've recently rejoined smugmug after moving to picasaweb awhile ago. I was lured by the ability to use smugglr to copy my photos and albums from picasaweb to smugglr.

However, when going to http://smugglr.smugmug.com/, and clicking "START SMUGGLING NOW", it just constantly prompts me to install the Firefox addon, even though it is already installed.

Any ideas?

I am using Firefox v 17.0.1. Smugglr is at version 3.18

Okay so I got a bit further. After launching smugglr from Tools -> Smugglr, I can run the app, log into my picasaweb account, see my albums, but on the next screen Smugglr doesn't see anything but two albums that don't even exist (Scrapbook photos and one other).

I've tried going downversion with Firefox (back to 3.6) but with the same results.

As far as I can tell, it seems to work with Firefox 8
