Looks like a really neat place. Unfortunately, it looks like your shot ended up with a lot of color noise, which gives it a sort of 'hazy' appearance, and there are some very odd saturation effects going on in the foreground. I'd give it another go in whatever HDR program you're using. Try reducing the saturation (could even make it B&W to minimize the noise effects) then bringing the curves down so the shadows in the ceiling are black. I don't think it's necessary to preserve the trees outside the windows as long as the pane dividers show up.
