no - she didnt ask for it - but she really loved the result
That's what matters! I strive to be technically correct when shooting and miss the mark 99% of the time! Perfection is something I don't think I will ever achieve! I will continue to strive for it however! I've recently learned that a great image is a great image even if it's not technically perfect processing or otherwise! I really like your portrait and how you processed it! And more importantly so did she
Apart from the colour which is a matter of taste mostly, her complexion looks a bit greasy - like there's not enough base and/or powder. Did you have a MUA for this shot?
Also, the hand is completely different in colur/brightness, you might want to fix this.
I'm a lazy portraitist. I only shoot beautiful women.
the post processing saved the picture in this case. the untouched image is a touch overexposed and the light is harsh over all (specular high lights all over her face) while the processed image achieves a more moody usable look though I wouldn't call it great. Kudos for saving the image..it's a testmanet to your post processing skill! Now next time save yourself some work and get the SOOC image "better" so you don't have to make diving catch.
As an aside, the head tilt is okay but a little too much tilt imo.

The head tilt is also a bit too much for my taste.
