Anyone have Bay Photo issues before Christmas?

I had 2 seperate orders with bad prints before Christmas ... normally this is not an issue, but my client wanted it for Christmas and it took 3 days to have it re-printed and many emails. I understand it takes time to re-print, but when the lab is responsible I expect better than 3 days response time. Anyone else had quality issues from Bay Photo before Christmas? These were blatant poor quality print jobs, one appears that the ink ran out half way thru the image and the other had a big blue streak thru the middle. I guess nobody looks at these before they go out. I only sell about $8,000 worth of orders a year, so I realize I am a very small customer but maybe it is time to look at White House.

    Hi, I'm Larry from Bay Photo. Sorry for the issues, we would certainly like to see the prints or photos of the issues if at all possible so we can determine where the failure was and trace it back. Again, our apologies this is out of character for us.

    Thanks Larry and others...this was thru SmugMug and it was unusual to have 2 issues a week apart. Re-prints were ordered and sent out, so they have been resolved. Larry I have attached the image, color looks good for the first quarter of the image then the rest is washed out...it is not a great photo of the image, but you can see the change in the photo. I don't have an image of the other issue, but the client explained it had a blue streak thru the middle.

    I had similar issues with ezprints (I made a overly dramatic thread about it, they ended up making things right). What gets to me about this, is not that the companies make mistakes (its going to happen), but that after someone has identified that the printer is making mistakes (they must have fixed it at some point?), they allow the bad prints to ship anyway?
