Anyone have Bay Photo issues before Christmas?

I had 2 seperate orders with bad prints before Christmas ... normally this is not an issue, but my client wanted it for Christmas and it took 3 days to have it re-printed and many emails. I understand it takes time to re-print, but when the lab is responsible I expect better than 3 days response time. Anyone else had quality issues from Bay Photo before Christmas? These were blatant poor quality print jobs, one appears that the ink ran out half way thru the image and the other had a big blue streak thru the middle. I guess nobody looks at these before they go out. I only sell about $8,000 worth of orders a year, so I realize I am a very small customer but maybe it is time to look at White House.

Did you order through SmugMug, or direct through Bay Photo?
