I went back to this place today for some more shots. I was wrong
about the ownership. It is owned by a private party who supports
art. He stores things in the buildings, and allows the artists to do
their thing.

Each of the panels, or sections of the walls, are - by tacit agreement
among themselves - assigned to various "crews" of graffiti artists.
They are the ones who paint over the wall in order to be able to
do something new. There are about 40 different panels.

The original shot in this series was taken December 20th. This shot
was taken of the same area today, January 3rd. What was there before
has been painted over.

This is a panorama of just one area that is a U-shape formed by
three buildings.
