D300 + MB-D10 + MH-22 charger

I've upgraded so I'm selling my trusty D300. Current shutter count is just under 43k. I'm including a MB-D10 grip, a EN-EL4a battery and a MH-22 charger along with the other items the camera originally came with. I am not the original owner, but I've put most of the images on it. I do not have the original box(s), the original strap, or software CD-ROM. Here is everything that isl include with this camera:
