I'm trying not to blow a gasket here. I can view my galleries using IE9. Trying to view them using the latest Firefox results in no images. Come on. I'm trying to forgive you for the price increase but SM seems to be getting worse every freaking day. :dunno

    Hi cjyphoto,

I have checked your site on my Firefox and everything is working without a problem. Do you have any extensions installed on your browser? Please try to disable them - some extensions could cause some websites to break.

If that does not help - please write to us directly at help[@]smugmug.com

    Take care,

    Tom

Haven't installed any plugins in months. Was working fine a few days ago now nothing. Like I said. I can view my galleries using IE9. Can't see nothing with FF 17.0.1. Was seriously hoping SM would get better... I can click on a gallery. Then nothing shows up. Was trying to post a link to potential client but that failed. I pay for this?

    Hi Christopher,

Can you please let me know which gallery or galleries you are experiencing this on? Also, can you please upload a screenshot of your view? Like Tom, I just took a cruise through your site on FF 17.0.1 without any issues. Also, even if you haven't installed any plug ins in months, you still may have some running in the background.

Cool photos btw. Love the Civil War Battle Reenactments.

For what it's worth, I have Firefox 17.0.1 and I can see your site and view your galleries. Hope you solve your issue.
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

Your galleries seem to be working just fine here with Firefox 17.0.1 on Windows 8. This doesn't seem to be a general Smugmug problem on Firefox so you probably need to isolate whether it's just your computer or just some subset of configurations causing the issue.

I agree with the other request to post a screen shot so we can see exactly what the screen looks like and a specific URL that you see the issue on.

In addition, I'd suggest you gather this additional information:
    • What version of Firefox are you running?
    • What OS are you running?
    • Have you tried clearing your browser disk cache?
    • Have you tried another computer on your network with Firefox?
    • Have you tried another computer on on a different network with Firefox (like at work or a friend's house)?

Since this is not happening for others running Firefox, what you need to figure out is whether this is actually caused by Firefox in general, by something in your network or by something on your local computer.

Clearing cache fixed it. I used to have it set to clear cache upon closing Firefox. Looks like one of the new updates changed that preference. oops.

Cool, glad it's working now. You probably had an inconsistent set of cached javascript files. That isn't supposed to happen, but apparently it can under some circumstances.
