Spent the day at Myakka State Park with Mike (raindog). What a most excellent way to spend a Thanksgiving day. icon10.gif Snapped my first hawk. According to the ranger dude...it's a red shouldered hawk? ne_nau.gif Also got some vultures to round out the birds of prey snaps. Took a couple 'gaitors and other stuff. If you would like to see the Myakka gallery....here's the link. (more hawks, vultures, etc.)

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry. Hanging out shooting was a lot more fun than spending time with some family members. eek7.gif :uhoh :D

I like this one, even looking at his back. It's the look he has I guess. Not shots Mike.

Thanks Mike, Ben & Jeff. I appreciate it. I did have a good time. I always have a good time shooting. Even the rare horrible day of shooting is much better than a great day at work or the Dr. office. eek7.gif

Thanks for looking Dallas. It was an enjoyable way to spend the day. Hope to do it again soon. They have eagles there also....but they have been no shows the last few times I've gone.
