Calibration print

I received the calibration print from smugmug today. Two questions though.

1) What type of paper was this printed on?

2) Is this normally how prints would come from your print house? The reason for this question is because it came in an envelope that didn't have any "Do Not Bend" statments on it and it was quite literally folded in half and the envelope itself was split... Gotta love the post office...

But the reason I'm asking is that if this is how things are mailed to our customers I'm scared... :-)...

thanks,

Sorry, there were actually 3 questions... :-)

Where do I obtain this image so that I can load it in photoshop?

    Thanks...

    Hello Again, Glenn...

Very sorry this happened. New packaging from our print partner is being implemented. If you could please email help@smugmug.com with the order number and the "inspected by" slip of paper with that envelope, that would be a great help. We're sorry this happened, Glenn - it's very rare, thousands of print orders a week and we don't often have this issue - but unfortunately it can happen. The new packaging will say "do not bend" on it but that doesn't necessarily stop the post office from, well, bending, the envelope to fit in your mailbox. But at least there's recourse involved. I should also add, that in the rare cases when this has happened, we promptly and happily issue a reprint, of course at no charge. It's part of the SmugMug Guarantee.

If you'd like another, please let me know.

Sorry - I forget the answer to this... I'm fairly certain I ordered an 8x10 Lustre print for you.

Andy, its not necessary in this case because it was your test print that was in it. I don't even think it had a sticker in it. Not a big deal in this case but is good to hear they are doing something about it...

    Thanks,
