Batch pix resizing on Mac

...hey guys, I've been using Pixresizer on my Win7 machines and *really* like it (the program burns 'em down small enough for me to include a hundred or so without going over 10 mgs in a email)...unfortunately that software is PC only. I've tried a few on my MacBook Pro and they just don't cut it; does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be willing to pay....

Here is a nice step by step of how to do it:

...ah! This is the ticket...thanks! Making it, the resizing, a part of the workflow should be very efficient. Coming from a PC-only background, I've got a lot to learn!
