I love the light. You really captured that early evening magic. thumb.gif If it were my pic I would straighten the horizon, but other people are less compulsive. :D I'm not sure what to make of the blur near the rubbish bin. A ghost, perhaps? A person you tried to make less obvious during post? I find it distracting in an otherwise good shot. It would be a shame to lose the sky at the left but you might want to see if cropping would give a better overall result.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the comments! The blur is a man walking buy the tripod and I tried to get rid of it but it looked worse. So, he's the ghost.
I'll see what it looks like cropped, interesting...

Here are a couple of suggestions, but now that I know you don't have full PS, don't know how relevant. Maybe they will help sell you the real deal.

For the first shot, not that different from the view from Rock Center. Clean up the light pollution with an overlay blend in LAB. I blended the green channel into the L at 50% opacity to get this:

The second shot is so exciting. The perfect appliction for Man from Mars curves! See: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=21859

    If not now, when?
