Not all options are available for Tools in my portfolio account

Hi,
I have already asked this question at Smugmug customization forum, but thought support would be right place to ask about my situation. I have a portfolio account but I can't view all the options provided in the helps/tutorials/examples. Like under my "Tools" option I only have

1. Account Settings
2. View Stats
3. Easy Customizer
4. View Sales History

I don't have anything else. I don't have the option to choose any single gallery and/or gallery settings for any single gallery and so forth. Could the support team please inform why I can't see the rest of the options in my portfolio account after logging in? Many thanks.

There are 2 Tools buttons; one on your homepage which has the items you listed, and one which is located in any gallery on your site. In the gallery tools buttons there are the gallery level tools, the homepage tools button has gallery level tools.

As I noted in in this thread, you need to be in a gallery to see the gallery settings option. Click on the gallery to open it and then you should see the tools button that you need. From your description you are either on your homepage or on a category page.
