Why are smugmug admins going into my personal, locked albums?

Statcounter is telling me that admins from smugmug are going into some of my private locked folders every now and then. While I understand the necessity of ensuring rules and regulations are adhered to, I have pics up for client use, ect and I'm sure they wouldn't be happy if they knew people are browsing them, regardless of context. None of these are publicly available, some under lock and key. What assurance do I have that someone on the back end isn't walking away with said photos? They're certainly hanging out and browsing them....
Sorry if that came across wrong or anything, but I'd like to be sure I'm not going to run into problems down the road contractually, ect.
Thx.

Can you write the heroes at help[at]smugmug[dot]com with more information so we can check this out for you? An idea of which albums they might have been? Although we do have access to all images on sites, we are trustworthy and would not take the photos from your site without authorization.

    Thank you,

When you email the help desk, please ask them to assign the case to me, Michael Bonocore.

    Thanks!
