Smugmug Portfolio Not 100% compatible with LR plugin

I have the latest plug in, and it is not 100% compatible with my new smugmug account. :dunno
for example when the plugin searchs for my account details, it still sees "POWER" account.


Some serious obligations are.


- When creating galleries through LR, you dont have the option to selece "watermark on-off".
- Largest size is XL, while I would like it to be Medium or Large.


Any thoughts?

Thank you for contacting SmugMug. Is it possible for you to shoot us an email on the help desk, so that we can look into this further for you. It is much easier to look up account info and troubleshoot from there.

Hi George,

No need to report the issue separately. I've just tested it on my end and can verify that the Portfolio account appears as Power level within the Lightroom plugin. I've reported the issue to our Lightroom engineer.

I had already contacted help desk, and after some efforts (clearing cache, reloading plugin, revoking and reauthorizing LR), got nothing.

Can you please let me know what you mean by this comment? You can choose which is the max size viewed on your SmugMug. So, if the largest size is XL, you can simply choose the gallery to display Medium or Large in the SmugMug LR Plugins "Gallery Settings"
