DSS 121 Alternate shoot

Lighting the glass part of the bulb is the most difficult aspect of this shoot, I tried an alternative to my entry version with the addition of some red laser and blue background lights. opinions welcome.

    I hate it. I am actually a fan of a busy photo. I like things going on. In this retake though, it's busy without reason where the original really is better kept simple. It would be different if the background were busy with something that belonged in the shot such as other lightbulbs.

    good point. why is that red light there...
