I am unable to generate a download link for this gallery. I can't figure out why?

    Hi James,

    There was a download all request made for the gallery in question on January 23. That download link is still active and wil expire on February 6. I would rather not post the download link here. If you email us at the help desk (help.smugmug.com), we can provide you with the download link, or we can delete the link so you can generate a new download all link.

    Thanks!! I feel very idiotic now!

    Is there anyway for you guys to put a popup reminder in galleries we have already generated a link for, so we don't spend hours trying to figure this out.

    James, if there's already a download for a gallery, it should just start the download of the zip. If that happens, you know there's already an existing download for the gallery.
