Cannot sort galleries

I emailed support, but I did NOT hear from them!
Anyone having this problem? all of a sudden, I lost the ability to sort my galleries according to 'Positions'.

    Hi ws, we are here and answering emails all day long. The last email we received from the email address on your account was 9 months ago. Have you tried emailing us at help@smugmug.com?

    Anyways, on your homepage while logged in, directly above and to the left of your galleries you will see "Sort categories by: most recent • position (arrange)". Currently "position" is selected so just click on the "arrange" link to arrange them manually.

    i submitted my question via the webform!

    I did what you suggested, but when I save, the page reloads, the order does not get saved!

    Hi ws, try emailing us directly at help@smugmug.com and we will take a look at that for you. Have you tried a different browser to see if the problem is browser related?

    You are dead on! My main browser is Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57. Could not get it to sort. Tried Safari! Done! Thanks!
