A place I visit fairly regularly. Captured some fall shots back in Oct and Nov. Returned last weekend after a dusting of snow. Here are three from that morning. Part of the South Cumberland State Rec. Area in TN, Collins Gulf.

and one with a little further back perspective. Not sure if I prefer this one over the one above.

#3 does it for me! Dramatic foreground and it is bit warmer and eyes are drawn to shiny moss! Checked out your landscape gallery. Really great work! Some incredible and creative perspectives on water-falls and in different seasons and different moods. Very enjoyable! Also the shot in monument valley with shooting star (guessing it is monument valley) just magical! Thanks for sharing! Totally loved it!

Very nice on #3. As Stumblebum pointed out, the foreground is excellent. Also slight framing from the trees. The first two were kind of "OK, nice shot" while I found the 3rd "Oh yeah, that's the one". Warmer colors and better greens help also. Was the wind blowing? Noticed the trees were a little blurry. Not a zing on the shot, but rather just sure curiosity. Would be pretty darn cold there if it was.

Thank you Stumblebum and ridgetop. Sometimes I need a second opinion. As for the *monument valley* shot, that was actually Big Bend National Park with the Chisos Mtn's in the background (Casa Grande I believe was the peak). As for the blurring of the trees, that was from the force of the waterfall. It was roaring! To give you a bit of perspective on the size of the falls, here is on the walk up to where I was. On the far left about mid frame is my wife. The falls are in the background.

All are great, but I like the first shot the best. I am partial to the close up of the action of the water in the foreground and the silky spill of the fall in contrast of the detailed rocks. I also like the softer foliage in it.
