A local legend - party house in the late 50s-60s. Two large party rooms with huge fireplaces, four baths, an outdoor pool and a view of the mountains and desert to die for.

I thought they blew this up in the Michelangelo Antonioni movie Zabriskie Point from '70! eek7.gif

    Just kidding! thumb.gif:D

Nice shots. Also reminds me of place up around Sante Fe!

I guess the real story is that it was cold and icy and a fire started. The access road was too steep for the fire truck and the inside was gutted. Before that however, I have heard this is where Nixon went to write his memoirs.

    Thanks!

It may be. I'd have no idea who to contact.

A few a little closer. This one serves my purpose best though. Closer shows the graffiti. I was in it a few years ago. Kind of disappointing.
