I just ordered a 6d and need to sell my back up 40D. I bought this from a guy in a huge package deal and used it as a backup to my 7d. Everything I bought from him was in mint shape. The camera doesn't have any marks on it except a small scratch on the screen. I don't know the shutter count but the file numbers are 1100s. The camera comes with a really right stuff L bracket and I' throw in 2 2gig cf cards and a camera strap. I just bought 2 new aftermarket batteries which I'll include. I'm in Yosemite camping and it's snowing so I'll post better pictures later. $299 shipped. Text me and I can send you images of the camera. 218-409-2373

it sounds like just the body, memory, strap
It doesn't come with box, it does come with the battery charger. I have the cables and manual at my house but I won't be back for months
