Here are today's crawl errors. There has been a sharp rise too!
I'd say all these errors are quite old by crawling standards and are just temporary. At the specific date / time Google tried it and encountered the error, they made that log entry.
To put things into perspective, Google has over 22,000 results for your site and your report is showing about 25 temporary (and past) errors over a period of 90 days. That's really next to nothing. And even a rise from about 4 to about 12 is far from sharp if you look at things in perspective.
Now if you were managing the site yourself without SmugMug, that would be useful information for you to look at what the issue might have been.
On the other hand, with SmugMug you do not have to worry about things like that, unless of course the same link gives the same error all the time and still is right now. That doesn't seem to be the case as most of these errors are 1+ week old. None of the errors seem to be reoccurring for the same URL.
So you can safely ignore these past errors as they are literally in the past with no current bearing that I can spot in your screenshot.
