Link for just one Video

How to I get a link to video. When I am say, watching a video in one of my galleries and then click on Share button to get a link to share- I see the link for the jpg [1st tab] and the gallery [2nd tab] etc - but don't know how to get link for the mp4? Thanks!

FYI - In the embedded link tab, under the video url, under compact - if I use the url after the 'src=' and up to but not including the '?' it seems to be working fine too.

On my blog I use this for every video. I only replace the red with the video number and key from the browser URL address.
