I took this picture of younger Grandson I believe, in September 2012.
Time of the day, around Noon.
I tried to keep him in the best combination of shutter speed and focus I could, w/o washing out too much the light colors.
I believe I got it right this time.!!!!!!!!!???????
Is up to you now to decide.
C/C welcomed and appreciated, no problem with good, bad and extremely harsh comments, I'm here to be a better photogrpher.:thumb

Considering the bright sunlight and the water in the background, I think you did a pretty good job keeping the detail you did in his face without blowing out the water behind him.

I appreciate Bryce, I feel that I have learned a lot from all of you, and that makes me feel good.
    Thanks,

    Nice photo
I think a tighter crop would help.
