    Although I wish the top of his head hadn't been nipped off, I love the shot, the colors, and the drop of water on the beak. If only his beak didn't blend so much into the ring behind him. Still great bird shot.

    I like #2 a lot - the pp treats the metal and it's dimples very well - has a rich look. thumb.gif
    Small nit is the small white dots in the lower right corner.

    thank you for the kind words! I'm not sure what the white dots are to be honest....never noticed them until you said something. I'll give the lens a good ol cleaning!
