Looking for the right cloud structure so I can do a large print for my wall. This one is close, a bit more storm chasing maybe .........

    Love the tones and contrast! Nicely done. I agree with you though, the storm may be too far off and not dynamic or interesting enough for your large print. You Might want to get out on a stormy day with a lightning trigger. Good luck, and thanks for sharing, very cool.

    really like your shot - suites Black and white - though would like to see the color version too. Know what you are saying about wanting THE shot for your wall. My mum had been wanting one of my landscapes framed to put up on her wall.. I kept putting it off because I could always find fault with my shots - I got over myself a bit last year and framed the one SHE liked and gave it to her - made her very happy.
