Early Winter in the High Country

Here are a couple of photos taken two months ago in the early part of winter. Just processed these since I finally got Capture NX2 for my Nikon.

Work has kept me from doing much photography for the past few months. I hope to get back into the mountains next weekend for a much needed photography fix.

    I like the second shot. I'd probably crop the sky off right where the clouds exit the right side of the frame. The aspens add a lot to this shot and make a nice mix with the snow.
