Kalamazoo Loy Norix vs. Battle Creek Lakeview...another off night for Norrix. They just couldn't get in gear.:scratch
Here are a few from the game. All with the D700, the first 6 with the 70-200 f2.8, the last 3 with my first indoor attempt with the 300 f4.

I like them all! The 300 f/4 images from the bleachers gives a little different perspective than the typical head on type shots which is a nice change. Curious what you were shooting at? Looks like the lighting was pretty decent so not sure on your ISO, but I see a little blur in a couple of the images so guessing you were somewhere around maybe 1/500 @ f/2.8 or f/4?

I shoot a lot of HS Basketball also with a D700 where the lighting isn't the greatest so I end up around ISO 6400, f/2.8 @ 1/800 or 1/640. it handles the noise really well, but always wish I could get similar shutter speeds at lower ISO's in our local HS gym.
