Change Link Descriptor when Posting to External?

Hi all,

Just curious how to change the descriptor (circled) from something like Lisa Yang to Lisa Yang Photography.

Not sure if this was a recent change, but it did used to pop up with Photography at the end. Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

Your account settings are displaying your name, so that's why that link shows Lisa Yang. You can either change it to reflect your SmugMug nickname, instead.

You change that display on the Profile page, under Me.

I am curious if there is a way to change my name, seeing as the SM nickname doesn't have any spaces in it!

Hi Lisa,

Try this:

1. Go to Account Settings--->Me--->Subscription
2. Change your last name to Yang Photography
3. Account Settings--->Me--->Profile
4. You should now see Lisa Yang Photography in the Display Name drop down
