but.
its ALMOST a little too busy for me. maybe that was the style you were trying to convey? the busyness of the window compared to the stillness of the man? i don't know. i'm not you. but if it were me i would at least get rid of some of the reflections in the glass

I like this photo very much and I think that this brown b&w realy works here, but.. for me if you'll cut 1/3 from the left (Including this vertical line) this photo will be far more attractive (and rule of thirds will work)
