Email upload not working?

My wife is currently using a smugmug trial and she's going through trying out the features. She can't seem to get the email upload feature to work. She tried several times thus evening and not a single one came through. Are there currently issues with the service or do we just need to wait longer? Her smugmug is clarkefamilyphotos.smugmug.com.

Jeff,

I have checked your account and it looks like your wife have not set the feature correctly. She will need to create a special password that she will use it for email uploads.
