Oh Christmas Tree... in the desert...

While roaming the desert we came upon this tree. A lone gourd hanging from the palo verde. The vine that is attached can grow several feet long, creeping along to find a place to attach. Really weird. Reminds me of some sort of alien plant. It reminded me of a Christmas ornament.
