Three straight days of poor luck (or skill hahah). Didn't get many birds, in flight or on the ground for that matter, so here's some images from this week.

Thanks Steve, I have a few more of these guys in flight from Sunday's shoot, hopefully some of them turn out nicely. The smaller Herons are really intriguing!
Nice set of shots, Brett. I'm not a big fan of birds on man made objects (posts,lights, feeders,signs)..but certain images become pretty funny. I would have liked to see the hawk shot a vertical and include the whole sign.. If the sign has to be in the darn shot...might have included all the text. I can guess what it says..but I want to know. Too bad it wasn't on one of those warning signs for "falling rocks". Now that would have been really funny.
